Privacy Statement- art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

Algorithmedia knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. In compliance with Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code, hereafter CP) and to supplement the provisions of section 3 of the Terms and conditions of use (http://www.sampl.es/terms-and-condtion/)

We wish to inform about the methods of data processing and about the rights you have as user:

The owner of the data processor is Algorithmedia Srl, headquarter in Alessandria, Corso Virginia Marini, 23.

1) Purposes and methods of treatment

In order to fulfil the service provided by the site Sampl.es, ruled by the terms and conditions of use (http://www.sampl.es./terms-and-condition/), Algorithmedia must acquire, or already has, some personal data concerning you.

All personal data you provided to Algorithmedia, or otherwise acquired previously through the contractual relationship, are used by Algorithmedia in electronic and paper form, in respect of the law and to optimize the service we offer.

These purposes include the fulfilment of obligations under applicable laws, rules and Community legislation and provisions given by authorities legitimated by law or supervisory bodies (e.g. anti-money laundering legislation). Some personal information, ( as name, surname, place and date of birth, ID, VAT identification number, address) are necessary for the service. If you refused to give the information we need to let you use our service, we can’t offer you our service and the contract has no value. The high level of security of the computer system is a standard of quality of Algorithmedia.

2) to companies, organizations or consortia to which Algorithmedia may apply to execute the service you required. These companies are direct collaborators of Algorithmedia and play the role of “Manager” or operate as separate “owners” of their treatment.

For example, companies that provide payment services, tax offices and treasuries, finance companies, credit institutions, companies who carry out maintenance work for various reasons, of massive operations related to payments, cheques and other titles; transmission, packing, sorting and transportation communications;

Census of contracts, registration, management and archiving of the documentation relating to relations with customers, audit and certification of the financial statements.

One list of these subjects can be found by the “Manager” and it is steady updated.

In the comunication of your personal information, Algorithmedia will respect the security parameters of law and it will use your personal data only for the purpose they were collected.  By the way, your personal data won’t be delivered.

3) Rights of users

According to the art. 7 of the privacy Code, the users has to know: a) where Algorithmedia takes personal infomation b) the methods and purposes of treatment c) the logic below the using of informatical instruments. d) the personal information of the “Manager”, the owners and all the people wo will use  this personal information, according to the art. 5 comma, 2. e) the personal data of the people Algorithmedia can delivered the personal information to.

In addiction to this, the user has the right to get a) the updating, adjustment, or, if he wants, the integration of his personal data. b) the data cancellation, anonymization, or the data blocking, c) guarantee, that the people, who know the personal information, know the a) and b) operation .

The interested party has the right to oppose a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; (b)) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
